Bhojanic Marinades for your at home culinary experience. We offer 4 different types of marinades that complement the wide variety of North Indian cuisine.
Marinade Tandoori - A Bhojanic staple and used to create the red coloring and flavor of traditional tandoori roasting. Perfect for Chicken and other protein and is what we use for our in house Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken 65.
Marinade Bhojanic - A spicy yogurt based marinade which perfectly complements our Wings and Lamb Chops.
Marinade Hariyali - Herbs, Chilies, Mint, and Cilantro
Marinade Safron Malai - Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Sour Cream, Safron
Marinate Veggies and Seafood for aprox 2 hours. Marinade Chicken and other proteins for a minimum of 24 - 48 hours. One 16oz container can marinate from 3 - 4 lbs of product.
